Do we offer instructions for watersports?
Yes! We offer instruction for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to advance your skills in a particular sport, our coaches are highly skilled and ready to take you to that next level.
Can we do multiple watersports during a session?
Yes, you can choose as many as you’d like. All we ask is that you select your sports at the time of booking so that we can have the boat prepared and ready to go with the proper equipment when you arrive.
What do I need to bring for Melvin Village Marina’s watersports experience?
Come prepared for a day on the water with a bathing suit, towel and sunscreen. You’re more than welcome to pack snacks and a small cooler with beverages. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive crumbs or stains.
What if there is poor weather during my watersports experience?
We will only cancel if there is severe weather in the area such as thunder and lightning. Rain is perfectly safe to be out in and can add a surprisingly fun dynamic to the day, as most on board plan on getting wet as it is. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so please check the weather ahead of time to determine if you’d like to reschedule.
What is the capacity of people for your watersports experiences in New Hampshire?
Our hourly rates are quoted at a maximum of 8 people. Larger parties can be accommodated for an additional cost per person.
Where do these watersports experiences take place?
No matter the watersport activity you choose, all watersports take place on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
Are there any age or skill requirements for watersports experiences?
All watersport participants must be over the age of 18. Those 17 years old and younger may participate with a signed waiver from a legal parent or guardian.

At Melvin Village Marina, there’s a large selection of watersport experiences to choose from! We have watersports experiences available for water skiing, wakesurfing, wakeboarding, tubing, or all of the above!
Are there any specific safety guidelines or rules for watersports participants?
All participants interested in participating in watersports experiences must sign a safety waiver. A lifejacket and proper boating safety equipment will be provided for all participants and boat passengers.
What boats are used for watersports experiences?
All watersport activities are best performed on a Super Air Nautique tow boat, which is also available for new or pre-owned purchase in Melvin Village Marina’s boat showroom.
What comes with a tube experience?
Each tube experience comes with an inflatable tube, a lifejacket, a licensed captain and a boat to drive you around!
What comes with a water ski experience?
