Rob and his staff provide a level of service rarely seen in the Marine Industry.  They are a two time national Four Winns CSI Award winner, the only service department in the country to win this award twice and the only Four Winns service department in New England to have ever won the award.  They have also won the Four Winns CSI award for top customer service every year since its inception in 2002.  They maintain a 100% CSI rating with Four Winns and Honda Marine.
